Consulting by Silver

As a development company, TVP Management not only develops and manages construction project portfolios but also provides strategic financial services related to the real estate industry.
For the development of the Homewood Suites by Hilton project in Santo Domingo, Silver supported TVP Management’s team by conducting the Economic Feasibility Study required by the Ministry of Tourism for the application and approval of CONFOTUR, as well as collaborating in the preparation of the Business Plan that secured the project’s bank financing.

“Silver’s work was key to securing long-term financing. It was an efficient process, where a team experienced in financial models and feasibility studies delivered a well-supported Business Plan.”
-Carlos Ml. Tejera R.
