A Civil Engineering graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), he holds an MBA with specializations in Finance and Executive Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). In the early phase of his professional career, he held multiple roles at Ingeniería Estrella S.A., starting as a budget analyst and later being promoted to Resident Engineer, Project Manager, and Division Manager. As part of his MBA program at RIT, he had the opportunity to intern at the multinational firm Merrill Lynch at their Rochester, New York, headquarters.

He later moved into Real Estate Development and Financial Analysis, serving as a member of the executive team of a prominent national economic group. There, he held the position of Director of Finance and Planning, successfully leading the financial structuring and management of numerous real estate and construction projects. Through his financial involvement, he has served as an advisor for major projects and companies across the country, including participating in financing agreements with local banks and international institutions such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), engaging in merger and acquisition negotiations, and conducting a wide range of financial feasibility studies, business plans, and company valuations.

In 2009, he founded the consulting firm SILVER, through which he has advised numerous companies and projects across more than 15 different sectors and industries. He has also served as a financial advisor for the Ministry of Public Works and Communications of the Dominican Republic.

Julia Manzur is a highly qualified professional in organizational and administrative management. She graduated with honors in Organizational Psychology from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) and obtained an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). Additionally, she is certified in Competency Management by Grupo Actual of Spain and has completed significant diplomas in Human Resources Management and Recruitment.

Julia has over 10 years of experience in management. Before joining SILVER, she worked at Compañía Dominicana de Teléfonos, now Claro Dominicana, where she served as Human Resources Manager. In this role, she led key projects in personnel management, competency development, and talent management, showcasing her ability to lead teams and optimize organizational processes.

Since 2016, Julia has been the Administrative Manager at SILVER. In this role, she has applied her deep knowledge in management and personnel development to support the firm’s strategic objectives. Her experience and skills in leadership, organizational development, and administration have been crucial to Silver’s growth and success.

Julia’s strengths include proven abilities to lead high-performance teams, develop effective human resources strategies, and optimize organizational efficiency, all backed by her solid academic foundation and extensive professional experience.

Graduated with honors in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), she holds a Master’s in Corporate Finance from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) and has additional training in finance, financial mathematics, strategic planning, and credit analysis.

She began her professional career in strategic planning and budgeting in the government sector. She later transitioned to the private sector, where she worked as a financial analyst, consolidating her expertise in financial analysis. She currently leads the financial advisory area at Silver, contributing her solid experience to the firm’s growth and success.

Graduate with honors in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) and holding a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). Additionally, she has complementary training in capital markets and strategic and financial management. Throughout her career, she has held key roles in various private companies and institutions, where she has been recognized for her commitment and professional performance.

As a Financial Advisor at Silver, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their finances and projects. Her responsibilities range from evaluating project feasibility to creating business plans for a wide array of industries, among other specialized services.

Graduated with honors in Public Accounting from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA), with a specialization in Corporate Taxes from the Center for Specialized Training (CAES) and additional training in Payroll and Social Security. She began her professional career in the construction sector in administrative roles, later moving to the financial sector as an accounting analyst.

She currently serves as Accounting and Administrative Coordinator at Silver, where she actively contributes to strategic financial decision-making.
