Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialties in the areas of Finance and Senior Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). In the first stage of his professional life, he held various positions within the company Ingeniería Estrella S.A .; There he started as a budget analyst, later being promoted to the positions of Resident Engineer, Project Manager and Division Manager. As part of her master’s program at RIT, she had the opportunity to work as an intern at the multinational company Merril Lynch at its headquarters in the city of Rochester, New York.

 

Later, he ventured into the areas of Real Estate Development and Financial Analysis through his performance as part of the management team of an important economist group. There he held the position of Director of Finance and Planning, managing to successfully direct the structuring and financial management process of a number of real estate development and construction projects. From his involvement in the financial area, he has served as an advisor to important projects and companies in different areas of the country, including participating in negotiations of financing agreements with local banks and with foreign institutions such as the “International Finance Corporation” ( IFC), participation in negotiations for mergers and company valuations, and the performance of a wide range of financial feasibility studies, business plans and company valuations.

 

In 2009 he founded the consulting company SILVER through which he has served as an advisor for multiple companies and projects covering more than 15 different sectors or industries. The engineer has also served as a financial advisor for the Ministry of Public Works and Communications of the Dominican Republic.

 

His professional strengths include the proven ability to financially evaluate, structure and manage projects and enterprise across industries.
